Students Oral Presentations

It is compulsory for participant of the conference to deliver oral presentations related to their research project. The students are expected to:

  1. Conduct research in the field of psychology, sociology, history, geography, or economics.
  2. Submit a short report of the research (not more than 5 pages, using specific format which will be sent by email).
  3. Presents the research work in front of a panel of jury via Zoom in maximum 12 minutes, followed by question and answer with the jury.
  4. In the case of co-author, both students may deliver the presentation without additional time.
  5. Students may show videos or demonstration in the presentation without additional time.
  6. Submit the presentation slides in PDF format as a backup (this is the slides to use during the oral presentation).
  7. The best projects in each category (field) will be awarded with 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place, or Special Award.

Poster Competition

  1. In the scientific poster competition, the students are expected to submit the file of an A4 size poster of the research project which delivered in the Oral Presentations.
  2. The maximum size of the poster in PDF is 50 MB (specific poster format will be sent by email).
  3. The best poster in each category (field) will be awarded with 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place.

Cultural Exchange

Presentations of unique culture by countries in 5 minutes creative video.

Tentative Program 

May 13, 2023: Opening Ceremony, Poster Competition, Scientific Lecture.
May 14, 2023: Students' Oral Presentations.
May 15, 2023: Cultural Exchange, Closing and Awarding Ceremony
